Delivery

Based in Hong Kong & Singapore, we currently deliver MyBabyGift hampers to the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong SAR, IndiaJapan, Malaysia, Philippines, S. Korea, Singapore. The hamper is packed and deliver in "MyBabyGift' signature box, tied with satin ribbon, and will be packed inside a delivery box protecting our beautiful packaging. Hampers will be delivered inside our shopping bag only in Singapore.
 
The price of the hamper includes all standard international delivery costs (excluding any taxes, charges or customs duties. We will not be held for those charges).
Our estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days, according to the courier company.

If one of our products is out of stock, we will replace the item with an equal or higher value product.

In the highly unlikely event that your gift is not received, or arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order we can offer a full refund, on the condition that your gift has not already been embroidered and/or dispatched. All refunds will be made within 72 hours to your PayPal account.

All hampers are dispatched from Singapore. Customs Charges, Duties & Taxes may apply in the recpective country to which the hamper is shipped and are at the sole responsibility of the receipient. All such charges, duties and taxes shall be borne by the receipient - MyBabyGift is not liable for any customs' charges or delays. In addition, MyBabyGift is unauthorised and unable to handle customs matters at the recipient's country, and will assist to resolve such matters on a best effort basis.
